Preparation
Pansear the garlic in a large pan. Clean and wash up  the kale to eliminate dark leaves. Cut the pale ones and put them into the pan with garlic. At halfway through, add up a few bay leaves and some chilli pepper. Serve it with toasted bread. Enjoy your meal!

 

Ingredients (for 6 people)
2 Kg. of Kale, 2 Bay leaves, 3 garlic cloves, a glass of oil, half glass of white wine, chilli, salt to taste.
