It is located along the road that connects the towns of Olmeto and Valzo. It was rebuilt in the late sixties of the last century. It has a gabled roof with a small bell gable that houses a bell and an essential façade with a round window. The interior is a single room, very simple with the statue of the Madonna gathered in prayer with hands joined placed next to the altar. From the open space in front of the church begins the Bosco Carmela Cortini, 30 hectares of forest included in full in the Gran Sasso National Park - Monti della Laga, which Professor Franco Pedrotti, a professor of Botany at the University of Camerino, bought in 2008 and has entitled to the deceased wife Carmela Cortini to honor her memory.
