It is an imposing building that dominates the tiny village of Vallenquina and the valley below. It was commissioned by professor Vincenzo Bonifaci (1864-1943), and built at the beginning of the twentieth century. The appearance has a neogothic matrix. The facades have ogival-shaped windows embellished on the ground floor by very interesting railings. The cornice is characterized by a row of small crenellated corbels and on the entire structure stands a lookout tower used for defensive purposes. In the covered portion under the bridge, the main entrance opens up, showing the coat of arms of the Bonifaci di Teramo family, once staying here.
