Located between the row of the few houses that make up this town of Valle Castellana, it was built between the seventeenth and eighteenth centuries. It is made of stone, has a classic gabled roof and a bell gable on the back wall that supports a bell. The portal is surmounted by a tympanum which in turn has a round window above it. The interior is a single room and the wooden roof has exposed beams. In the presbytery it is possible to admire an altar with stuccowork, columns and polychrome decorations whose blade is made of a canvas depicting a Madonna with Child placed between St. Andrew and a Pope. Continuing to the highest part of the town, in the little square, between renovated houses, is placed since 3 July 1978 a striking monument to the migrant worker, which clearly refers to the European emigration of the sixties of the last century.
