Located in the countryside of Giulianova on the border with the territory of Mosciano Sant'Angelo, it is an integral part of the elegant and exclusive hotel and hospitality complex known as "Villa Fiorita".

It stands on the remains of an ancient church and the construction work was completed in 1968, also using the material from the previous building. The roof of the church is gabled and made of exposed wooden beams and the bell tower supports a bell manufactured in the famous foundries of Agnone, in the province of Isernia.

The church is internally composed of a single hall without apse and a small presbyterial area in which there is a simple but dignified altar behind which is a valuable altarpiece composed of 102 ceramic tiles depicting the Madonna under an arch with behind the sea and the Gran Sasso. Always behind the altar is a beautiful stylized crucifix, while on the side walls there are the traditional images of the "stations" of the Via Crucis.
