It is located in the populous and modern village of Colleranesco and is met along the highway that connects Giulianova to Teramo. It was inaugurated on September 23, 1951 and its construction was possible thanks to the determination of a local committee and its inhabitants, but also to the generosity of the Trifoni family who donated the land on which to build it.

In the early years of 2000 it was deeply renovated and enlarged and was reopened to the faithful on 2 March 2003. The façade is a horizontal crown with a beautiful rose window in the middle that helps illuminate the interior. At the top of the façade, there is a cross that crosses the center of two rounds on which stands the early-Christian symbol of the fish head.

In the lunette of the portal there is a work in terracotta dedicated to the Child Jesus that embraces Saint Joseph, to the right of the children who circle around a cypress and to the left the outline of the Church of Colleranesco. Inside there is a single nave with a pointed gothic archway made of stones and bricks resting on two semi-columns and dominated by a remarkable crucifix.

Near this arch is a valuable wooden statue of Madonna Addolorata with the wooden statue of St. Joseph at its side. On the wall behind the altar there is a decorated glass depicting Saint Joseph holding Baby Jesus, besides, always behind the altar there is the statue of Our Lady of Fatima.
